Nancy and John had three sets of twins.

Tennessee records indicates Nancy Thornton took possession of Indian lands in the SW point of Roane Co., TN in 1816. This was near the Indian Trading Post run by Jonathan Meigs and is  in now what known as Meigs Co., but at that time it was Roane Co.  John Thornton had a deed for land in Rhea Co., adjacent to  Roane Co.  According to these records, he died in 1849.

In Starr's Gosaduisga 1-x family group Nancy is listed simply as " Nancy", the daughter of Go-sa-du-i-sga.
